KonKon's word (私の言葉)

I am very lucky to be able to do what I love for a living and setting up KonKon Workshop was really a dream come true. I thrive on teaching such a variety of courses on Art, Language & Music to different age groups from different countries and being able to pursue my own personal creative career as well.

I never feel a dull moment as I am continually amazed to see the inspiring things my lively students create in Art Class, it's impossible to predict what wonderful things are going to come out of each class.

I am so glad to see my students make themselves master of a foreign language gradually in Language Courses and love to see small kids fully indulge themselves in Music Play Group.

坂下 3 姐弟妹



坂下家嘅串燒三兄弟
(日文:坂下, さかした,saka-shita)
(日文:団子三兄弟, だんごさんきょうだい,dan-go-san-kyou-dai)

家姐(日文:姉さん、ねえさん,nee-san)佢個名叫'真広'(假名:まひろ,羅馬拼音:Mahiro),六年級生(日文:六年生、ろくねんせい、roku-nen-sei).

細妹(日文: 妹、いもうと,i-mou-to),叫'真宙'(假名:まそら,羅馬拼音:Masora),一年級生,(日文:一年生,いちねんせい、ichi-nen-sei).

仲有多個細佬(日文: おとうと,o-tou-to)冇出鏡,叫'千博'(假名:ちひろ,羅馬拼音:Chihiro),三年級,(日文:三年生,さんねんせい、san-nen-sei).

三姐弟妹跟我學英文同piano都有10個多月...如果遲d同朋友攪個"學生音樂會"攪得成, 佢地都會參加,音樂都冇分國界~

涼拌豆乾馬蘭頭 (上海菜)

材料:
上海馬蘭頭(4兩/150g)
上海五香豆腐乾(1塊)
調味料:
甜豉油(1~2湯匙) *可改用糖加生抽
芝麻油(1~2湯匙)


做法:
1.材料分別沖水洗淨
2.用沸水焯熟後,搾乾水份
3.切細粒,菜放入較深的容器
4.開鑊炒香豆腐乾,並加入調味料熄火
5.直接倒入菜的容器內,攪拌好
6.雪凍後即可食用

烏豆何首烏豬心湯

材料:
烏豆1両(炒至衣裂開),何首烏片5錢,熟地1塊,桂圓10粒,
杞子1錢,乾玫瑰花10粒(最後10分鐘下),豬心1個,水適量

功效:
治貧血白髮,髮質枯黃;補血袪風,養顏防老.

肥蠔天婦羅

材料:
粟粉,胡椒粉
生蠔(份量視乎人數)
薑2~3片,蔥段少許
炸漿 = 天婦羅炸粉(100g)+水(160ml)
伴汁 = 鰹魚醬汁(1湯匙)+水(1湯匙)
做法:
1.先用粟粉,胡椒粉將生蠔洗淨
2.薑,蔥煲水將生蠔汆水,撈起再抺乾水份,醮炸漿
3.油滾將蠔炸至金黃,即可伴汁食用



(*另建議西式食法:此炸蠔可伴檸汁或蛋黃醬,配白酒)

志蓮淨苑+南蓮園池


今日同我d日本人學生同有學日文嘅friends去志蓮淨苑+南蓮園池...仲睇咗荷里活廣場嘅宣紙刺繡bor~
d日本人今日第一次試食到榮華"老婆餅",佢地仲問起我點解個名叫老婆餅,其實真係唔知呢個名嘅由來係點嚟...我諗好多香港都未必知lor.可能發揚光大lee個餅嘅人個老婆整餅好叻, 當佢要出門上京赴考時, 每逢食起lee個餅就諗起佢老婆, 最後佢成功中狀元,所以個餅就出名咗~~hehe...我都係估吓(^*^)
之後我d日本人學生仲講到係超市見到覺得奇趣嘅食物名稱, 例如"菓汁先生"咁...由於日語"先生" (sensei)係解作老師或用於稱呼"專業人士"如醫生,律師等. 所以佢地會譯"菓汁先生"為叻到可教人整菓汁嘅老師~
而我地細個食嘅樂天熊仔餅, 日文叫做 ”コアラのマーチ”(koara no maachi)由英文譯過嚟嘅外來語:Koala's March即係樹熊的操兵/進行曲???, 唔知係咪因為樹熊好懶,成日攬住棵樹,但食完lee隻餅可以精神到操兵呢???

芝麻醬凍豆腐 (3人份)

材料:
1.有機豆腐1盒
2.芝麻醬少許
3.黑芝麻少許


做法:
1.先倒芝麻醬在碟內
2.放入豆腐
3.再灑上黑芝麻
